She was born in Marino in 1976. In 1999, Coni gained her diploma from the Academy of Fine art in Rome, specialising in painting.
In 1997, she won the scholarship prize Erasmus and attended her third year of Art school in the Faculty of Fine Art at the university of Bellas Artes “Alonso Cano” in Granada, Spain. From 1999 to 2002, she worked as a an art teacher and history of modern art teacher for the Urban Centre school in Rocca di Papa (Rome), From 2000 to 2002, she worked as a history of art consultant for the stables at the presidential palace and Mercati Traiano in Rome.
 During 2005 and 2006, she won a scholarship to become cultural ambassador for Rotary International and attended the enrichment programme at the Academy of Art in the University of San Francisco, California (USA). In 2001 she was amongst the artists selected for the Pavillion Italian Academies at the 54 exhibition of the Biennale of Venice. She lives and works in Marino.
